The librarian takes the survey and compiles a selection of compatible books for the activity. Students use information from their interest survey lesson 1 and books they "speed dated" and choose a book that's right for them.
Directions on questionnaire and how and when to rotate books, model the appropriate way to fill out the Speed Dating questions. Speed book dating rotation, give each student dating reading seconds every rotation, and 30 seconds to answer Book Speed Dating questions.
